From a young age, Jason had a natural curiosity for how things were built. As a child, he spent countless hours taking things apart and rebuilding them just to understand their inner workings. That passion led him to pursue a career in construction, enrolling in a two-year building construction program to refine his skills.

After college, Jason spent five years as a lead carpenter, honing his expertise in custom home construction, remodeling, and structural craftsmanship. In 2007, he founded Building Concepts, with a mission to provide exceptional home building and renovation services throughout Arundel, Kennebunk, Biddeford Pool, and the surrounding areas of Southern Maine.

Jason takes great pride in his work and has assembled a dedicated team that shares his commitment to quality, precision, and customer satisfaction. Most recently, his son Cody has joined the family business, bringing the same passion and drive to every project. Together, they continue to build homes with integrity, ensuring that each client’s vision is brought to life with superior craftsmanship and attention to detail.
